The largest of the Centre's conference rooms, the Queen Victoria Room, is located on the Lower Ground Floor and seats up to 85 attendees (theatre style). Its sky blue décor and adjustable lighting system combine to create a room that is ideal for smaller conferences and seminars. The room can easily accommodate boardroom, cabaret, classroom, reception, or u-shape layouts. It has multi-media facilities and adjustable heat/air-conditioning. A private refreshments and cloakroom area is adjacent to the room.

The Queen Anne Room is located on the Ground Floor and seats up to 65 attendees theatre style. It is a multi-functional room that can accommodate events in boardroom, cabaret, classroom, reception, theatre or u-shape layouts. This room also has multi-media facilities, adjustable lighting and heat/airconditioning. There is a catering area and cloakroom facilities within the room. Adjacent to the room is an accessible lavatory.

The St James Room is located on the First Floor and seats up to 25 attendees theatre style. A feature of the room is its beautiful rosewood buffet bar. The room has natural daylight; adjustable heat/air-conditioning and is ideal for board meetings, small training courses, or as a syndicate room. The St James Room can also be hired as an additional catering area for the Queen Victoria and Queen Anne rooms. LCD/OHP projection is also available.

The Wellington Room is adjacent to Westminster Room on the First Floor and seats up to 15 attendees theatre style. The room has natural daylight; adjustable heat/air-conditioning and is ideally suited for smaller board and committee meetings. The room can also be hired with the Westminster Room as a syndicate room or as an additional catering area. LCD/OHP projection is also available.

The Westminster Room is situated on the first floor and has plenty of natural day light. Able to hold a number of room layouts for a maximum of 42 people, this room is well placed between the Wellington Room and the St James Room. This makes it ideal for the main meeting room with syndicate rooms either side, or additional rooms for catering. The ceiling mounted projector in this room allows for more flexibility and room space for presentation and training events. This room holds 42 people seated theatre style, 26 boardroom, and 24 people in either a classroom, cabaret or u-shape style.
